HOW TO FILL GOOGLE FORM TO GET MIS ID AND PASSOWRD | HRMS Haryana

        As you know many of our fellow PGT, TGT and other newly appointed Haryana Govt. Employees has not received their Employee ID and Password to login in MIS Portal.

            And its in news that Govt is going to open transfer drive as Model Code of Conduct expires on 12/05/2019. 

              So, those who have not their Employee ID and Password for their MIS login, feeling restless. To help those, Govt of Haryana issued a online form to request for their MIS ID and Passowrd.

In this post, We will learn how to fill form for MIS ID and Password.

STEP 1

Click on following link to open google form for MIS ID and Password-

STEP 2

You will See following screen-

MIS ID request Form

      1- Click on Designation button, and choose your post name from the list. (Example : PGT English/ TGT Science or Clerk etc.)

      2- Fill your Roll No. of the post. (Issued by HSSC)

      3- Fill your name in CAPS LOCK (As you filled in your HSSC form)

      4- Choose your Date of birth (from the Calendar)

MIS ID request form

      5- Choose your Date of joining in school (from the Calendar)


      6- Enter your registered mobile No. (which is given on the time of document verification)

      7- Click on submit.

And its Done !!

You will get your MIS ID/Employee ID and Password on your registered mobile No., whenever department process all the request form.
