APAR FORMAT

1) It serves like a full year report card of an employee.

2) Last 5/7 year's APAR is used in ACP cases.

3) Same is for promotion cases.

4) A good APAR is like a safe gaurd in disciplinary actions against an employees.

For having APAR, an employee must had served 3 months minimum in concerned year.
